Underwater Fun

in News

I've been very close to these big green morays frequently and have never had a problem with them. Sounds like the one that chased you might have been fed and was looking for a handout. Problem is that they have very bad eyesight and can easily mistake the hand holding the food for food; probably the most frequent bite issue. Otherwise, they seem to just ignore divers. I've touched them but have been careful to not grab them (and not by the head either). They hardly react at all. Any critter can be a problem if you bug them enough and sometimes the bitten person is not the one that caused the problem. Nurse sharks are responsible for many shark bites, but it is generally because someone grabbed them and hauled them from under their ledges. Generally when someone gets bitten, it is their own fault and they rarely get much sympathy from the rest of the divers.

When I did my open water cert in Florida, I was swimming under a sunken barge and thought I was reaching down to the sandy bottom. I'd grabbed a huge green moray solidly. It just looked at me and swam on about it's business.

In fact, for the latter you simply cross the second strap over the first, adjusting each strap’s dual sliding pads for greatest comfort against your chest. Not to slight lefties, but it’s this capability that impresses us the most. Fortunately the 3N1′s ultrasecure “quick draw” flaps work in any of its three configurations, giving you instant side access to your camera when you swing the bag around front. There’s room in there for your SLR with zoom attached, and, depending on model — it comes in three sizes — from two or three to five or six more lenses, depending on what other accessories you’re packing. Under $100.

Thats true to some extent, but technology has advanced far enough that you can now get slr digital cameras for under $1000. Thats great news for semi-professional photographers and amateurs who are serious about taking pictures. Nikon and Canon are both great brands to look at when moving into an SLR digital camera. The digital ‘Rebel series that Canon makes can be found in the six hundred to one thousand dollar price range, and the Nikon D40 and D60 also stay in this range, so you can get yourself into the SLR digital camera market for a realistic price. Not everyone has $1000 to spend on a camera, but those who are serious about taking pictures and who are ready to move past the point and shoot options that they have been using for years know that they arent going to find an SLR digital camera for just a couple hundred dollars.

Hello just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the pictures aren’t loading correctly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same results.

This design is spectacular! You certainly know how to keep a reader entertained. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Fantastic job. I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!

Heya this is kind of of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding skills so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey! I know this is kinda off topic but I was wondering if you knew where I could find a captcha plugin for my comment form? I’m using the same blog platform as yours and I’m having difficulty finding one? Thanks a lot!
